Perforated Screens (All Metals)

PERFORATED SHEETS/SCREENS

Material

  1. Mild Steel-MS (Or identical)
  2. Stainless Steel (SS)
  3. Brass
  4. Copper
  • SS Screen is the most popular screen since it is very durable and highly resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel screen contains chromium and nickel in addition to plain steel. It is non-magnetic in the general condition.
  • The brass screen contains part of Copper and Zinc.
  • Whereas, Copper screen normally contains copper up to 99% and 1% as residual.
  • Width from 330MM to 1520MM
  • Thickness from 0.3MM to 10MM
  • Hole dia. from 0.4MM to 50MM

Perforated Screens are used in various industries such as filter, graders, processing, etc. All sugar, chemical, oil, food processing, pharmaceutical, construction, paper & straw board, agriculture & other industries require one or the other type of perforated plate/ screen. The sizes, specification and design are customized to meet the requirements of the customers.

Types of Perforated Screens

Precision-drilled round hole screens engineered for batch centrifugal machines, ensuring efficient separation, high throughput and consistent product quality.

Slotted opening screens designed for batch centrifugals where controlled drainage and improved filtration rates are required, with excellent wear resistance and stability.

Profiled dimpled screens that enhance liquid flow and reduce clogging, ideal for processes requiring improved drainage and reduced blinding.

Specially developed screens for handling bagasse and bagascillo in sugar processing, offering optimum open area, smooth discharge and robust resistance to abrasion.

Screens designed for fluidised bed and diffuser applications, ensuring uniform distribution, controlled flow and efficient processing of fibrous and granular materials.

Heavy-duty stabbed backing and supporting screens for batch centrifugals, providing structural strength, support for working screens and reliable performance under high load conditions.
