VACUUM FILTER SCREEN
- These Screens are utilized to de-sweeten and dewater the mud that is isolated from the juice in the clarifier =. Rotary screens allow enormous flows to be pumped over the screen inside, which isolates the fluids and the solids as the system rotates. Rotary Drums/ Dorr Oliver/ Mud Filter Drums are regularly available in various sizes as 8’X12’ or 8’X16’ or 10’X16’ or 14’X30’ or 16’X36’. Further, there are different sizes available depending on the required filter area. The Vacuum Filter Screens are installed to these drums as 2,3 OR 4 pcs for every face or length of the drum. Screens – round Hole Perforation in SS: The size utilized as Hole Dia- 0.51MM in 0.30MM thickness with 625 Mesh per sq. Inch giving an open area of 19.60% (approx.). however, we supply screens for sizes and specification according to the requirement.
