Scope of Service

Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders must be confirmed in writing with complete technical specifications.
  • Modifications after confirmation may affect pricing or delivery schedules.
  • Advance payment may be required depending on the order size.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and transportation charges unless stated.
  • Payments must be made through authorized channels only.
  • Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest or as per mutual agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ensure on-time dispatch from our facility.
  • MSI is not liable for delays due to transportation, strikes, customs, or natural calamities.
  • Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods leave our facility.

Warranty & Returns

  • Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a specified period.
  • Any defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement or repair will be processed after technical inspection.
  • Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless proven defective.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, technical documents, and screen designs are the property of Micro Screens Industries. Reproduction or reuse without permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

MSI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of its products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the invoiced product.

Compliance & Export

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export and import regulations. MSI products are designed and manufactured under strict Indian and international industrial standards.

Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Rewari, Haryana courts.
